Our staff are our family. We invest a large share of our profits to better their lives, insuring that they are paid well above minimum wage. Proudly, we are the first factory in León to pay our employees on a monthly basis as well as awarding bonuses.
We teach our GSUP family the skills they need to pursue a career in ethical fashion, and become more environmentally responsible citizens. Each GSUP employee is provided with English classes, and support to grow professionally. We share feedback and set goals for ourselves, determined to always expand our skills and do better every day.
